Message: We just purchased a Jayco Jay Flight SLX from Jared, he was very helpful and went above and beyond for a first time RV buyer. Brian in service did the walk through and training, he was very patient and thorough, we had a lot of questions. Mike was very helpful with all of the miscellaneous stuff that we needed. Tiffany was very helpful with some phone issues I was having trying to get this review entered and posted. I would say that my experience with Colerain Dayton has been good so far and I would recommend them in them future.

Message: Our experience with George, our sells person (should get 6 stars), was low key and professional. He stuck with as we changed our mind and found exactly what we wanted.. Then, we had a fantastic instructor with Brian on how to operate everything on the camper. He took some of the fear of being first-time campers down a notch.. The sales team, finance team and service team all made us feel welcomed and that we could pop into the store anytime for questions or help.

Message: 100% recommend EVERY aspect of Colerain RV! We brought in a camper purchased from a different dealership for service and were overwhelmed by Cesar’s transparency and integrity when handling our repair. It was solely due to Cesar’s professionalism, knowledge and communication that we decided to then buy our next camper from this dealership! After purchasing our new camper we continued to see that the entire dealership was full of amazing workers. We had a nice and helpful salesman and continued to be blown away by outstanding service, respect and friendly interactions with every level of employee we encountered! Brian & Spencer provided the most thorough training class of our new camper and did it all with upbeat attitudes and were more than happy to answer every question and go over every part of our new camper in great detail. Each time he listens to our wants and needs and delivers. We’ve also dealt with Steve and every time we have been in, he has treated our family as family.. Our tour was given by Spencer. Message: Purchased a 2016 used travel trailer at Colerain and had a great experience. Jared the salesmen was knowledgeable and polite. Steve the general manager was great with our kids and really polite. Walter demoing our trailer was awesome and very cool with dumbing down his demo and really explaining everything. Mike in parts was very helpful and the prices were great. Cesar was helpful with creating my work order and really appreciate his attentiveness.

Message: After making the decision to upgrade from our Sonic TT, we decided on Grand Design. Colerain RV of Dayton was my first choice as a dealer. We made our last camper purchase from them. We cannot say enough about him being very honest and upfront about every step of the purchase process. Super nice and friendly. Very punctual on returning any calls or txts that I sent to him.. Ryan the business manager was very kind and helping with all the financing end. Brian the demo tech walked us through the camper showing us how to operate each and every item showing us how everything worked. He even tolerated all my questions with a smile.
